Spud has been a volunteer music director at his church in Brooklyn Park, Minnesota for 20 years and has mentored numerous young aspiring musicians on learning the art of playing keyboards, song creation, guitar, basic hands on studio engineering, playing live sounds, working with large choirs and still serves as their mentor.
